ROUTINE REFILLS

Refills are provided during your appointment time. It is the patient's responsibility to make sure they have scheduled their next follow up appointment at least a month in advance, so they can ensure securing an appointment prior to running out of medication. If a medication refill is required outside of the appointment time, there is a $25 incovenience fee for the first instance and $50 thereafter. No out of appointment refills are provided on controlled drugs. Patients will need to call the office to request a refill. We do not refill based on pharmacy refill request faxes. It takes 2 business days to process refill requests.
