PHONE CALLS and E-MAILS

PHONE CALLS:

All telephone calls to return patient calls or call other clinicians/care providers for coordination of care are charged at a rate of $75 per 15 minutes. Please call the receptionist to arrange a time for a return phone call that will be scheduled within 2 business days.

 E-MAIL:

Please be aware that E-mail is not a secure method of communication and is not guaranteed for privacy. If you choose to communicate information via email, there is a possibility for confidentiality being breached or compromised. Please call the office or make an appointment if you have private health information that you would like to discuss.
